§2025.2. Definitions For purposes of this Part, the following terms shall have the following meanings: (1) "Next of kin" means the person or persons most closely related to a decedent by blood or affinity. (2) "Overdose fatality review" means a process in which a multidisciplinary panel performs a series of individual overdose fatality reviews to effectively identify system gaps and innovative community-specific overdose prevention and intervention strategies.
