§2133.1. Use agreement A licensed ambulatory surgical center is hereby authorized to enter into a use agreement as defined in this Part. The licensed ambulatory surgical center shall remain responsible, including during the period of use of an ambulatory surgical center under a use agreement, for compliance with all rules, regulations, and minimum licensing standards for ambulatory surgical centers.
