§2254.8. Record of agreements to be kept The department shall keep a copy of agreements for which a certificate is in effect pursuant to this Part. A party to an agreement who terminates the agreement shall notify the department in writing of the termination within thirty days after the termination. Acts 1997, No. 1331, §1.
