§34.13. Registration of acknowledgements and adjudications of paternity All acknowledgments of paternity properly executed in accordance with Louisiana law and adjudications of paternity by a Louisiana court shall be filed with the state registrar, office of vital records, in a central repository pursuant to 42 U.S.C. 666(a)(5)(M).
