§464. Elimination or amelioration of slums and blight A local housing authority may take all actions necessary or desirable to eliminate or ameliorate slums and conditions of blight within a local housing authority's area of operation. Amended by Acts 1950, No. 401, §13; Acts 1997, No. 1188, §1.
