§599.13. Inventory and classification A. Property held by an authority shall be inventoried and classified according to title status and suitability for use. B. A clerk of the court may not charge a fee to record a document evidencing the transfer under this Part of property to the authority by the state or a local government. Acts 2025, No. 443, §1.
