§599.5. Board of directors An ordinance that creates an authority shall establish a board to govern the authority and shall include provisions for: (1) Appointment of procedures. (2) Powers of the board. (3) Removal procedures. (4) Term lengths. (5) The election of a chair. Acts 2025, No. 443, §1.
