§600.88. Creation of the corporation There is hereby created a public body corporate and politic known as the Louisiana Housing Corporation. The Louisiana Housing Corporation, referred to in this Chapter as the "corporation", shall be an instrumentality of the state. Acts 2011, No. 408, §1, eff. July 5, 2011.
