§630. Carriers in interstate commerce; excepted from Part Carriers engaged in interstate commerce are not subject to the provisions of this Part, other than R.S. 40:629, by reason of their receipt, carriage, or delivery of food, drugs, devices, cosmetics, or advertising matter in the usual course of business as carriers.
