§685. Sterilization certificate as license for use of containers If the purchaser or transferee of containers covered by this Part shows a certificate of sterilization signed by a duly qualified licensee, he is duly licensed under the provisions of this Part. No purchaser or transferee shall use any containers covered by this Part without a certificate, except as hereafter provided.
