§922. Compensation of attorneys The compensation of the attorneys employed shall be fixed by contract between the attorneys employed, and the Attorney General, and shall be a contingent fee, conditioned upon recovery and shall not exceed thirty-three and one-third percent of the amount of damages or land sued for and recovered, or both, where land and damages are recovered.
