§56. Dismissal from employment; expulsion from educational institution Any public employee found guilty of committing any act prohibited by R.S. 42:54 hereof shall be dismissed from his public employment. Any student in a public educational institution found guilty of committing any act prohibited by R.S. 42:54 hereof shall be expelled from the public educational institution in which he is enrolled.
