§1097.5. Freight loss or damage; awards cumulative Awards under R.S. 45:1097.1-45:1097.5 shall be made to a claimant receiving a judgment against a motor carrier for damages to goods under a contract for transporting property for compensation or hire and shall be cumulative of all other claims for damages.
