§844.3. Violations; penalties The commission shall investigate any complaints received concerning violations of this Chapter. If, after investigating any complaint, the commission finds that there has been a violation of this Chapter, the commission may impose a civil penalty not to exceed five hundred dollars for each violation against the telephone solicitor.
