§1857. Actions to defeat purposes of Chapter prohibited Any action taken by a defendant, whether by way of execution of a power of attorney, creation of corporate entities, or otherwise, to defeat the purposes of this Chapter shall be null and void. Acts 2012, No. 799, §3, eff. June 13, 2012.
