§325. Duties of customers Each customer in the program shall do all of the following: (1) At the time of redetermination of eligibility for SNAP benefits, provide to the department all requested documentation of participation in a workforce training or education program. (2) Comply with all other requirements for receipt of SNAP benefits as set forth by the department. Acts 2014, No. 622, §1; Acts 2025, No. 478, §12, eff. Oct. 1, 2025.
