§328. Termination of the program Subject to legislative oversight as provided in the Administrative Procedure Act, R.S. 49:950 et seq., the department may terminate the program by emergency rule if the secretary of the department determines that workforce participation outcomes or educational attainment have not improved to a satisfactory degree as a result of the program.
