§337.84. Running of time limitations for criminal offenses No person shall be prosecuted, tried or punished for a criminal offense under this Chapter unless the prosecution is instituted within a period of four years after the offense has been committed. Acts 2003, No. 73, §1, eff. July 1, 2003.
