§802.4. Louisiana Truck Center, authorization The secretary of the Department of Revenue shall provide the personnel and equipment required to fully implement the provisions of R.S. 32:390.23 as it relates to taxes and fees assessed and collected by this department. Acts 1997, No. 273, §4.
