§2202. Records A company shall maintain the following records: (1) Individual trip records for at least three years from the date each trip was provided. (2) Individual records of drivers for at least three years after the date which a driver's relationship with the company has ended. Acts 2019, No. 286, §2, eff. July 1, 2019.
