§141. Immunity of person reporting offense Any person guilty of the offense defined in R.S. 51:140 who reports the facts under oath within six months after committing the offense to any prosecuting attorney, shall be granted full immunity from prosecution under R.S. 51:140 in respect to the particular offense reported.
