§1606. Enforcement In addition to all of the other rights, powers, and authorities granted to the secretary hereunder, if the secretary has reasonable cause to believe that there exists a violation of this Chapter or of the rules and regulations issued pursuant to this Chapter, the secretary may petition a court of proper jurisdiction in the parish of East Baton Rouge for mandatory injunctive relief to insure compliance with this Chapter.
