§2115. Prohibition on contracting with a provider A public body shall not enter into a contract for managed security services with a provider that has not registered with the secretary of state or has failed to renew its registration with the secretary of state. Such a contract shall be null and void. Acts 2020, No. 117, §2, eff. Feb. 1, 2021.
