§2398. General provisions A. This Chapter shall be liberally construed to accomplish its purposes. B. A proceeding to promulgate rules or regulations regarding civil penalties under R.S. 51:2396(I) shall be subject to the Administrative Procedure Act. C. Except as otherwise provided in this Subsection, the provisions of a licensee's incorporating statute apply to the licensee. If a provision of the licensee's incorporating statute conflicts with any provision of this Chapter, this Chapter controls. Acts 1991, No. 506, §1.
