§302. Certificates, etc., to be treated as payable to bearer on demand in money Any check, punchout, ticket, token, or other device, issued by any person under the provisions of R.S. 51:301 shall be payable to bearer, on demand, in current money of the United States, notwithstanding any contrary stipulation or provision.
