§3152. Violations; penalty Any violation of this Chapter shall be treated as a deceptive and unfair trade practice and shall subject the violator to any and all penalties provided in the Unfair Trade Practices and Consumer Protection Law, R.S. 51:1401 et seq. Acts 2018, No. 571, §1.
