§719. Waiver of rights under chapter or rules and regulations void Any condition, stipulation, or provision binding any person acquiring any security to waive: (1) Compliance with any provision of this Part or of the rules and regulations promulgated under this Part; (2) Any rights provided by this Part or by the rules and regulations promulgated under this Part; or (3) Any defenses arising under this Part or under the rules and regulations promulgated under this Part shall be void.
