§925. Qualifications of board members Each appointed member of the board shall be a qualified elector of the state of Louisiana. Except as provided in R.S. 51:923(B), no appointed member shall hold public office or be otherwise employed by the state or any agency thereof. Acts 1964, No. 403, §1; Acts 1989, No. 323, §1.
