§45. Jurisdiction of trial of violations Except as provided in R.S. 56:32.1, the district courts of this state shall have original jurisdiction of the trial of persons charged with violations of this Chapter. Acts 1981, No. 837, §1; Acts 2021, No. 241, §1.
