§632.3. Licenses A. All persons engaged in the collection of native reptiles and amphibians for noncommercial purposes must possess one of the following licenses: (1) A resident must possess a basic recreational fishing license. (2) A nonresident must possess a basic nonresident fishing license. B. A violation of this Section is a class one violation. Acts 1992, No. 256, §1, eff. July 1, 1993; Acts 1995, No. 604, §1.
