§1133. Administration This Chapter shall be administered by the commissioner of financial institutions under the authority granted to him by Chapter 2 of Title 6 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950. Acts 1990, No. 816, §1, eff. Sept. 1, 1990.
