§1161. Application for permit to organize A. Savings banks shall be organized and incorporated in the same manner as state banks under the provisions of Chapter 3 of Title 6 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950. B. Not less than five natural persons may organize a savings bank under this Chapter. Acts 1990, No. 816, §1, eff. Sept. 1, 1990.
