§507. Nonwaiver of provisions of Chapter Any provision of any contract for the sale of personal property or the performance of services contemplated in this Chapter which waives any of the provisions of this Chapter shall be void. Acts 1974, No. 417, §1; Acts 2022, No. 574, §1.
