§1124.101. Applicability; waiver A. This Subpart applies to all units subject to this Part, except as provided in Subsection B. B. A public offering statement need not be prepared or delivered in the case of: (1) A gratuitous transfer of a unit. (2) A disposition pursuant to court order. (3) A disposition by foreclosure or giving in payment, or (4) A transfer to which Section 1124.107 applies. Acts 1979, No. 682, §1.
