§2720.1. Parties to a gestational carrier contract A gestational carrier shall, at the time the gestational carrier contract is executed: (1) Be at least twenty-five years of age, and no older than thirty-five years of age. (2) Have given birth to at least one child. Acts 2016, No. 494, §1.
