§274. Covenant marriage; other applicable rules A covenant marriage shall be governed by all of the provisions of Chapters 1 through 4 of Title IV of Book I of the Louisiana Civil Code and the provisions of Code Title IV of Code Book I of this Title. Acts 1997, No. 1380, §3.
