§3361. Enforcement; penalties Any violation of this Chapter shall constitute a prohibited practice under the Unfair Trade Practices and Consumer Protection Act, R.S. 51:1401 et seq., and shall be subject to the enforcement provisions of that Act. Acts 1991, No. 204, §1, eff. Jan. 1, 1992.
