§4881. Definitions For purposes of this Subpart: (1) The terms defined in R.S. 9:4861 have the same meaning in this Subpart, unless they are differently defined in this Section. (2) A "non-operator" is a lessee other than the operator. (3) An "operator" is a lessee who is conducting operations with respect to a well. Acts 1997, No. 1040, §1.
