Art. 1105. Recordkeeping generally The clerks of the respective juvenile courts shall open separate records and keep separate indices of all documents filed in accordance with this Title. All such records shall be indexed in the name of the child and shall be subject to disclosure only as provided in this Title. Acts 1991, No. 235, §11, eff. Jan. 1, 1992.
