Art. 1411. Right to hearing A minor or his attorney shall have the right to demand a hearing to determine whether the minor should receive treatment on an inpatient basis, be discharged from the treatment facility, or placed in a less restrictive setting. Acts 1991, No. 235, §14, eff. Jan. 1, 1992.
