Art. 337. Preference Appeals authorized by Titles VI, VII, VIII, X, XI, and XII and Chapter 7 of Title XV shall be accorded preference in the court of appeal and shall be determined at the earliest practicable time. Acts 1991, No. 235, §3, eff. Jan. 1, 1992.
