Art. 424.5. CASA; appearance; witness A. The CASA volunteer shall be entitled to attend all court proceedings and hearings of any kind pertaining to a child for whom he is assigned. B. The CASA volunteer may be called as a witness in the proceedings by any party or by the court and may request of the court the opportunity to appear as a witness. Acts 1999, No. 275, §1, eff.
