Payment of legacies, preference of payment

Art. 1599. Payment of legacies, preference of payment If the testator has not expressly declared a preference in the payment of legacies, the preference shall be governed by the following Articles. Acts 1997, No. 1421, §1, eff. July 1, 1999.
