Art. 2706. Loss of crop rent When the rent consists of a portion of the crops, then any loss of the crops that is not caused by the fault of the lessor or the lessee shall be borne by both parties in accordance with their respective shares. Acts 2004, No. 821, §1, eff. Jan. 1, 2005.
