Art. 2812. The sharing of a partner's interest with a third person. A partner may share his interest in the partnership with a third person without the consent of his partners, but he cannot make him a member of the partnership. He is responsible for damage to the partnership caused by the third person as though he caused it himself. Acts 1980, No. 150, §1.
