Art. 3044. Ordinary suretyship; interpretation An ordinary suretyship is one that is neither a commercial suretyship nor a legal suretyship. An ordinary suretyship must be strictly construed in favor of the surety. Acts 1987, No. 409, §1, eff. Jan. 1, 1988.
