Art. 3113. Inventory taken or descriptive list filed when appointment made When the court appoints a provisional administrator, it shall order the taking of an inventory of the property of the succession as provided in Article 3131 or the filing of a descriptive list of the succession property as provided in Article 3136, unless either has been ordered taken before.
