§380.161. Definitions For the purposes of this Chapter, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated unless the context clearly provides otherwise: (1) "Department" means the Department of State. (2) "Secretary" means the secretary of state. Acts 2026, No. 77, §1, eff. May 11, 2026.
