Section 203

There shall be a board of education, consisting ​of the secretary of state, the attorney-general, and the superintendent of public education, for the management and investment of the school funds, according to law, and for the performance of such other duties as may be prescribed. The superintendent and one other of said board shall constitute a quorum.
