To amend Title 7, Education K-12, Part 3, Chapter 63, Rule 63.1 – Request for Information in accordance with Miss. Code Ann. § 25-43-3.114 which requires an agency to review all of its rules at least every five years to determine whether any rules should be repealed, amended, or a new rule adopted
